🚫 Change of Mind & Incorrect Selection

Due to the nature of research compounds and applicable safety protocols, we do not accept returns for change of mind or incorrect product selection. Please ensure your order is accurate before confirming your purchase. Once an order has been confirmed (payment made), returns will not be accepted.

📦 Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or contains incorrect items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@ozpept.com or via Telegram @OzPept. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue and we may arrange replacement at no additional cost.

Orders cannot be cancelled, refunded, or modified once your order is placed and payment has been sent.
