Shipping Methods & Delivery

All Australian orders are shipped via Australia Post Express.
Estimated delivery time is 1–2 business days post-dispatch, depending on your location.
Important: OzPept guarantees dispatch, not delivery. We are not liable for courier delays or losses once a parcel has been handed over to Australia Post.

All parcels are shipped in plain, unbranded packaging with no reference to contents or product type.

Shipping Costs

Flat Rate Shipping: $20.00 AUD via Australia Post Express.
Free shipping is available for eligible referral orders.
